To adjust the length, just measure a comfortable length for your height and snip off the end of the rope. Use the rubber covers and steel bearings to prevent the handles from sliding off.
3 ways to adjust rope length:
1. Cable length = Height x 1.5. Exclude the length of the handles.
2. Handles to shoulder technique. Hold the handles on your shoulders in an upright position while treading on the rope with one of your feet with your leg perfectly straight. The ends of the rope handles should coincide exactly with the upper limit of your shoulder.
3. Nipple technique. Step on the rope and bring the handles up to the nipple on the same side as the foot with which you are treading on the rope.
For beginners, you can extend the distance of any of the 3 methods by 2-5 cm at most. This will help you pick up the technique better.
